We are a rapidly growing and financially solid training coordination and business logistics company looking for (1) Catering Coordinator/Administrative Assistant.

Candidate must be able to multi task, prioritize and complete tasks on or before deadlines. The business professional must be able to communicate externally with vendors and clients and internally in a professional manner. This is a fast paced environment and candidate must be able to handle pressure well.  Candidate must also be enthusiastic, self motivated and extremely organized.

Catering Coordinator and Administrative candidates must have a minimum of 2 years work experience in Catering Coordination and Administrative Assistance and/or Client Relations.

• Extremely detail focused and proficiently organized
• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent professional communication skills, both externally and internally
• Resourceful and ability to solve problems quickly
• Proficient in MS Office Suite;
• Articulate; both verbal and written
• Vendor negotiations experience a plus
• Excellent proof reading skills
• Basic knowledge technical knowledge and terminology
• Database management knowledge is a must

This position will report to the Office Manager.
