Over the years we have collected many of the most common questions that have been asked by clients and
other people within the industry. If any of your questions are not answered below, please feel free to call us.

The price quote that we provide is what you will be invoiced. There are no hidden taxes or fees on the room
rental or catering. The exceptions would be state taxes on room rentals in the state of Florida, HST in all Canadian
territories and VAT in international locations.

TCP is a full service training coordination company with a catering department to take care of your every
need. TCP offers options for every budget. We can offer everything from Continental breakfast, hot buffet
lunch and afternoon snacks to light am/pm snacks and cold lunch consisting of assorted gourmet sandwiches
with a side and drink.

Upon booking your class(es) with TCP, we will provide you with a customized location guide. The guide will
contain facility address with directions, a map and parking details, along with nearby hotels and restaurants,
local city information and transportation information.

You may hold a date free of charge for up to 5 business days.

Within the 5-day hold period, we require that you review, sign and return our Master Client Agreement. This
document will allow us to draw up your individual Client Event Agreement (CEA), which secures each location
with pertinent information specifically to your event.

Standard cancellation terms are 10 business days prior to your event, which must be received in writing. If
notification is received less than 10 days prior to the date of the event, you will be invoiced for the total value
of the contract for that event.

TCP typically coordinate full day rentals. Rental times are normal business days Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm.
However, we can book weekends, evenings, early or extended hours at many facilities upon request. Pricing
may vary depending on duration and frequency.

Audio visual equipment is available at all facilities. Projectors are typically ceiling mounted. Depending on the
need and size of the room, microphones with podiums are available, as well as lapel microphones. All facilities
have trained technical staff that will ensure that all equipment is set-up and tested prior to the start of your
event.

If a facility must close for reasons related to severe inclement weather (snow, ice, hurricane), power outages,
or other acts of God, the renter will be allowed to reschedule the event within 30 days based on availability.

Parking is available at or near every facility whether downtown or in the suburban areas. Most facilities located
outside of major downtown areas are free of charge. In major cities downtown parking can range from $15 to
$40 per day.
